About College: The New Horizon College of Engineering or NHCE is an educational institution which specialises in imparting technical education to students. It is located on the outskirts of Bangalore on the Ring Road, near Bellandur Post, Marathalli. The institute offers around 8 UG courses and has around 2000 odd students studying here. It is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum. It was established in 1970 by the New Horizon Educational and Cultural Trust. The Government of Karnataka bestowed the Trust the ‘Kannada Rajyotsava Award’ in 2012 for contributions in the field of education.
