Nirma University (NU) Ahmedabad, Gujarat is a NAAC accredited ‘A’ gradeprivate university. It functions under the aegis of the Nirma Education & Research Foundation (NERF) which was founded by Dr. Karsanbhai K Patel. Nirma University is a statutory university established under a Gujarat State Act.
The university has eight constituent institutes, including Institute of Management, Institute of Technology, Institute of Law, Institute of Science, Institute of Commerce, Institute of Architecture & Planning, Institute of Pharmacy, Department of Design, Centre for Robotics and Automation, Centre for Advanced Instrumentation, Faculty of Doctoral Studies and Research, Centre for Continuing Education and Centre for Entrepreneurship offering undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes.
